Product Overview
The cable reel rotator platform, also known as a cable turntable or cable reel stand, acts as a stable drum-spreading fixture for electric power, communication and general cable-laying projects. The assembly consists of a turntable, rollers, roller shafts and locking fixtures mounted on a base, allowing a cable drum to be lifted and turned with minimal effort so that cable can be paid out steadily and under full control.
How It Works
- Mount the two roller bases according to the drum diameter.
- Lock the rollers on the slope to keep the platform secure.
- Adjust the roller base to match the drum diameter.
- Slope the drum rim up onto the turntable along its slanted edge.
- Release the locking rollers and rotate the drum freely for controlled pay-off.
