Product Overview
On tension stringing spreads, the pilot wire drum is the first piece of equipment to be set up, and manhandling a heavy coil into position while keeping the line free of kinks takes time and effort. The SIPZ series changes that workflow: a hydraulic lift raises the loaded drum and locks it in place, and because the stand can rotate the reel under power, up to 2000N.m of working torque at 45rpm, the crew can feed pilot wire smoothly into the puller rather than turning the drum by hand. Two models accept coils of Φ1250-2500mm diameter, up to 1400mm width and up to 7000kg total weight, with a Φ76 axle pin and a 13m hydraulic hose that fits ordinary site layouts. Built to ISO 9001 by Suntech Power Tools and classified as construction safety tooling, the range is available with no MOQ and full OEM customization.
