Heavy Duty Large Conductor Gripper with OEM Customization under ISO 9001
Product Overview
Pull a thick ACSR conductor with a single-point clamp and the wire can skid or get its surface scored; at high tension the consequences are worse. The SKDP2 come-along avoids this by wrapping the conductor with 9, 11, 13 or 15 segments, spreading the pull around the full circumference so pressure never concentrates in one spot. SK35DP2 and SK50DP2 are rated 120KN and 150KN respectively for conductors up to Φ35mm and Φ50mm, with a 150N.m tightening torque; buyers specify the conductor diameter at ordering so the segment set matches the wire exactly. Manufactured under ISO 9001:2008, the range also supports OEM production for project-specific needs.
